It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven R. Hoover of Bingham, Illinois, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Virginia Gertrude Hoover (Papes); his brothers, Joe and David; his niece Rachel; and his nephew Byron.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Hoover (Sharry Nelson), Randy Hoover (Christina), Andy Hoover (Christina), Jack Hoover of Mulberry Grove, IL, Patricia Hoover of Jacksonville, AR and Amy Harris (John).
