He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Fish and Jessie Fish (Cothern); his wife Norma Jean Waters; his granddaughter Kelli Fish; his stepchildren, Pamila Waters Marshall Schmidt and Donald Waters; his stepgranddaughter Jennifer Marshall; and his half-brother Richard Halford.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie C. Rosenberger; his sons, Jim Fish (Paula) of Ramsey, IL, Byron Fish (Diane) of Murphysboro, TN and Rodney Fish (Diana) of Effingham, IL.; his grandchildren, Jamie Ruot (Jason), Michelle Zinn (Ryan), Alison Fish, Amy Randolph and Jennifer Barenfanger; and his stepgrandchildren, Shannon Koontz (Delbert), Elizabeth Marshall, Larry "Beau" Marshall, Timothy Schmidt (Crystal), Jason Waters (Justin), Kyle Waters (Megan), Ashley Chapters (Daniel) and Samantha Roberts (Robert).
