He is survived by: his children, Kelly Merideth of Gladstone and Mike Hurka (Felicia) of Burlington; his grandchildren, William Merideth, Austin Merideth and Kaden Parker; and his siblings, Wanda Coppes (David) of Yarmouth and LeRoy Hurka (Kim) of Gladstone, Illinois.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
