He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Womack and Mildred B. Womack (Hamilton); his significant other Richard Johnson; and his siblings, Eva Womack and Thomas Hamilton.
He is survived by: his nephews, Brandon Hamilton of Biggsville, IL and Thomas Hamilton of Baltimore, MD..
