He is survived by: his children, Ronald Eugene Skiles, Delores Diane Skiles and Victoria Lynn Skiles; and his stepchildren, Ronald Mortimer (Phyllis Ross), Kevin Mortimer, Bill Ewing (Melissa McIntire) and Cindy Snelson (Kevin). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren and many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
