He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Regan and Pauline Regan; his siblings, Gene Regan, Gayla Ann Bomar and Alma Lou Gates; and his grandson Patrick Regan.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Raymond (Robert), Robert "Bob" Jr. Regan (Danielle) and Mark Regan.
