He was predeceased by: his father Joseph "Butch" Verlyn White Jr.; and his brothers, James, Jeffrey and Joshua. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Kay White (Stauffer) of Ralston; his wife Karen White of Glidden, Iowa; his children, Shelby White of Arcadia, Joseph "Joey" White (Miranda) of Lake City and James "Jamie" White of Carroll, Iowa; and his stepchildren, Jamie Kolthoff (John) of Eldora and Steven Kendall (Kelli) of Glidden, Iowa. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
