He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Evans and Pauline Evans (Dodson); his sons, Timothy, Dale and Rodney Evans; and his brothers, Ray and Edward Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rae Evans of Big Rock, IL; and his children, Delores Perkins of Sandwich, IL, Steven Evans (Mary) of Chesterland, OH and Tammie Birmann of Orland Hills, IL. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; his seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
