He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Stanley and Elizabeth "Leonard" Stanley; his spouse Noma Lee Fopay; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Fopay, Charles Fopay, Melvin West, Mary Jane West and Betty Fopay.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Pilcher (Jerry) of Bible Grove; his grandson Matthew Brandon Pilcher (Mariah Hogan) of Bible Grove; his great grandchild Fiadh Lee Pilcher; his sisters, Kay Murbarger (Dale) of Fishers, Indiana and Connie Crump (Pete) of St. Louis; and his sister-in-law Janet Fopay of Flora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Bill's memory to the Bible Grove Christian Church, and will be accepted through the funeral home.
