She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Edward and Lula Mae Fopay (Lyons); her siblings, Charles Richard Fopay, Joseph Edward Fopay and Mary Jane West; her siblings-in-law, Melvin West and Betty Fopay; and her parents-in-law, Jesse and Elizabeth Stanley.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Stanley; her daughter Kathy Pilcher (Jerry) of Bible Grove; her grandson Matthew Brandon Pilcher (Mariah Hogan) of Bible Grove; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Murbarger (Dale) of Louisville, Janet Fopay of Flora and Connie Crump (Pete) of St. Louis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Noma Lee's memory are suggested to the Bible Grove Christian Church.
