He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Utsler and Celbra Utsler (Piercy); his wife Nettie Marie Ramsey; and his siblings, Dale, Dean, Jerry Utsler, Leona Miller and Nora Weyer.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Utsler of Bethany, Jeff L. Utsler (Angie) of Arthur and Trina Oetting (Jeff) of Charleston; and his sister Linda Hunter (Tom) of Williams Port, IN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
