He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B. Powell and Ruth Ann Powell (Martin). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Powell of Littleton, CO; and his siblings, Tyler Powell of Bethany, Andy Powell of Assumption, Matt Powell of Decatur, Mary Ann Huddleston of Decatur, Rita Blackwood and Sonda King of Decatur. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
