He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Otis and Helen Wheeler (Smith); his wife Carolyn Ann Weddle; and his children, Jackie Wheeler, Jr. and Sandy Broutin.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Wheeler of Sullivan, Nathan Wheeler of Shelbyville, Anthony Wheeler of Urbana, Adam Wheeler of Bethany, Lori Little (Ray) of Bethany, Allison Wheeler of Atlanta, IL and Kim Wheeler of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Tom Wheeler of Decatur, Randy Wheeler of Florida, Patricia Lucia of Davison, MI and Shirley Moorehouse of Titusville, FL.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
