He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl R. Moon and Bertha Viola Moon; and his daughter-in-law Allison Moon. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Poole; and his children, Patterson-Tice, Sloan Implement, Timothy Moon (Karen) of Bethany, Kelly Robinson (Dan), Kathy Crowe (Gary) of Sullivan and Tony Moon (Lisa) of Trenton, IL.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
