He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton, Sr. Jacobs and Betty Mann Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Susan Leifheit (Jeff) and David; and his brother Thomas Jacobs (Wendy). He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild.
