He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Lloyd Ray and Ruby Ray (Cruit); his brother-in-law Gene Patient; and his son-in-law Jeff Denton. He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Bethany; his daughters, Kathy Doty (Dave) of Bethany, Deana Denton of Wylie, TX and Sarah Ray (Becca) of Brighton, CO; his sisters, Nancy Fultz (Max) of Sullivan and Patti Patient of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Michael Doty (Jessica), Ashton Davidson (Josiah), Amelia Jeu (David), Jefferson Denton, Austin Ray and Ruby Ray; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn Doty and Isaiah Doty.
