He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Robbins and Elsie Robbins (Anderson); and his son Billy Joe Robbins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Arletta McDaniel of Bethany; his children, Larry Robbins of Allenville, Glenda Rigg of Mt. Zion and Cheryl Kidwell (Mike) of Bethany; his grandchildren, Michelle Owczarzak (Greg), Todd Rigg (Kristi), Nathan Robbins (Sara), Quinn Richardson (Jeremy), Laniesa Robbins (James), Daniel Kidwell (Lauren), Derick Robbins (Kaylee), Travis Robbins (Deniel) and Taylor Robbins; his brothers, James and Eugene; his half-brothers, Steve, Gary (Joan) and Karl (Barbara); and his stepsiblings, Kenny Butt (Ruby), Doris Prater and Betty Clevenger. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
