He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Kelly and Ruby Kelly (Ishee). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Risley of Bethany; his daughter Orilee Warden (Mike) of Charleston; his pet Jake; his sisters, Velma Rickman (Gene) of Sullivan, Diane Butt (John) of Sullivan, Robin Varady (Mike) of Effingham and Glenda Carrigan of Virden; and his aunt Kathleen Mitchell of Collins, MS.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Bethany Cumberland Presbyterian Church Future Growth Fund.
