It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Cummings (Bethalto, Illinois), born in Kane, Illinois, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Worthy Stringer; and her siblings-in-law, Emma Dee, Marvin Margeson and John "Jack" Gross. She is survived by: her parent Natalie Stringer (Roady); her husband Leonard Cummings Sr. of Bethalto; her daughter Deborah Cope; her son-in-law Michael Cope of Bethalto; her son Leonard Jr; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Cummings Jr. of Bethalto. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister and brother-in-law.
