She was predeceased by: her parents, James William "Bill" Chapman and Matilda Chapman (Denother). She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Ballard; her sons, Robert Ballard (Pat) of Desoto, MO, Russell Gene Ballard (Debbie) of East Alton, IL and Richard Ballard (Nancy) of Godfrey, IL.; her brother Donald Chapman of Kentucky; and her brother-in-law Clifford Ballard of Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
