He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Charlie" Cummins and Cora Carrigan (Preston); his stepfather Francis Carrigan; and his brother Donald Cummins. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Jackson; his wife Barbara Cummins of Bethalto; his children, Brad Cummins (Christine) of Bethalto and Christy Vogelpohl (Scott) of Fosterburg; his grandchildren, Kara Ruckman (Kenny), Joshua Cummins, Travis Cummins (Renee), Aaron Vogelpohl (Tianna) and Victoria Vogelpohl; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Madylan, Bradley, Julia and Clark; and his great great grandchild Carter.
