She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phillips and Myrtle Phillips (Kerkoff); her husband Carl Haworth; her daughter Marcia L. Gihring; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, Ed, Earl Phillips, Kathreen Sparks, Lucille Johnson, Rosie Beem and Margie Colburn.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Lack (Bob) of Shipman, IL; her grandchildren, Kevin Angel of Alton, IL, Jeff Gihring (Alicia) of Edwardsville, IL and Melanie Dubach of Alton; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Rowan; and her brother Richard Phillips (Ann) of Alton, IL..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home (727 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
