He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. and Virginia E. Shelton (Bridgeman); his brother Howard LeRoy Shelton II; and his father-in-law Darrell Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Cathleen Johnson; his children, Elisha Shelton of Bethalto, Jenna Shelton of Bethalto and Mikka Hollaway (Nathan) of East Alton; his grandchildren, Shelton Naumann, Aniston Naumann, Meliska Shelton, Tyson Hollaway and Tobin Hollaway; his siblings, Judy Davis of Fairview Heights and Kathy Budde (Jim) of Alton; and his mother-in-law Herta Johnson. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in law; as well as several nieces, nephews and many friends.
