She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl K. and Mary E. Fengel (Bangerter); her husband James Foster Myer; and her siblings, Carl Fengel, Jr. and Jean Trumble (Jimmy).
She is survived by: her children, Paul Myer (Donna) of Moro and Mary Slaby (Roger) of Edwardsville; her grandsons, Andrew Myer, David Slaby (Scarlett), Christopher Slaby (Kallie), Steven Slaby and Tyler Slaby; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Lilly, Kai and Ming; and her sister-in-law Lorene Fengel of Abilene. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Homes - Bethalto (727 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
