She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marian Klein (Broderick) and Robert Klein; her sons, Nick and Corey Smith of Alton; her husband Dan Smith; her daughter-in-law Alyssa Smith of Bethalto; her sister Mary Ann; and her brother-in-law Gene Magac of Holiday Shores.

Charitable donations can be made to the OLQP Charitable Foundation or Catholic Charities.
