The memory of Marissa A. Banovz of Bethalto, Illinois, who passed away on November 20, 2024 at the age of 45, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Samuel Walton and Connie Walton (Ghere) of Effingham; her husband Jason Banovz; her children, Justin James Banovz and Brooke Annlee Banovz; her brothers, Rob Walton (Linda) of Chicago, Jeff Walton of Effingham and Mark Walton (Heather) of Brewton, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Banovz of Collinsville and Francene Pejakovic of Alhambra.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Marks Mortuary (633 E Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
