With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille B. Mann (Bethalto, Illinois), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel I. Wheeler and Orrel M. Wheeler (Haskins); and her spouse L. H. "Dick" Mann.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund.
