He was predeceased by: his parent Peggy J. Harkey (Creel); and his sister Joyce Marie Jarman. He is survived by: his parent Walter L.; and his brothers, Mike Harkey (Kellye) and Dennis Harkey (Penny). He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
