Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Karen Leah Furlow of Bethalto, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 67, on January 20, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth DeWall and Faye DeWall (Preston); her daughter Allison Furlow; and her brother Kevin DeWall. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Furlow (Alicia) of Caseyville and Brett Furlow (Amanda) of Goose Creek, Missouri; her siblings, Steven DeWall (Yvonne) of Bethalto, Timothy DeWall (Sylvia) of Columbia City, David DeWall (Sandra) of East Alton and Barbara Feliz (Peter) of New York; her sister-in-law Connie DeWall (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Logan Furlow, Gilean and Erza Furlow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Masscoutah American Legion Post 292 (1414 W Main St, Mascoutah, IL 62258).
Memorials are suggested to research into curing Myelofibrosis and/or an educational fund for her grandson, Logan. Keep Karen's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
