He is survived by: his spouse Lou Anne Riva; his children, Wendy Dotterweich of St. Paul, MN, Eileen Lanning of St. Paul, MN, Mike Lanning (Diane) of St. Charles, MO, Michelle Matthews of St. Paul, MN, John Lanning, Jr (Angie) of Oakdale, MN and Kyle Delp (Emilie) of Wood River; and his sister Grace Hartmann (Joe) of Reno, NV. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
