She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Gusewelle and Amanda Gusewelle (Albrecht); her sister Lydia Fry; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Brakhane (Barr). She is survived by: her spouses, Milton Brakhane Aug and Vernon Marth; her children, Diana Behrendt (Darrell) of Edwardsville and Elton Brakhane of Sun City, AZ; her granddaughters, Felicia Wiley (William) of Glen Carbon and Christa Adam (Adrian) of Beecher, IL; her great grandchildren, Joseph Adam, Andrew Wiley, Steven Adam and Marissa Wiley; her sister Eileen Brunnworth of Staunton; and her sister-in-law Eileen (Leon Tiona) of Pekin, IL. She is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Metro-East Lutheran High School, Edwardsville, or BJC Hospice of Alton.
