He is survived by: his wife Assunta "Susy" Hazen; his children, Albert G. Hazen (Cindy) of Alton and Yvonne Rushton (Cliff) of Godfrey; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Lauren and Logan; his niece Shannon Lauritzen (Jeff); and his great-nieces, Karoline and Kristine.
