He is survived by: his parents, Alvin William and Millicent K. Franke (Drake); his spouse Joanne M. Marr; his children, Donald Franke (Haylee Eubanks) of Bethalto and Dennis Franke of Bethalto; his significant other Edna Fisher of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Alexa Franke and Kaden Franke; and his sister Ruth Ann Brakehane (Bob) of Holiday Shores.
