He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Couch and Virginia Couch (Hunt); and his sister Frances Melton. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Winfree of Godfrey, Cathy Borman (Richard) of Cottage Hills and Bryan Couch of Bethalto; his brother Howard Dale Couch (Dixie); and his grandchildren, Terry Homer, Rylan Homer, Richard Borman II, Justin Borman and Christopher Couch. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
