With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elsie Mae Hays of Bethalto, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindell Ray and Leona C. Bollinger (Scherer); her husband Bill; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Kelly and Barb Bollinger.
She is survived by: her son Todd Hays (Ashley) of Troy; her grandchildren, Camden Edward Hays and Delaney Grace Hays; and her siblings, Vickie Kelly of Bethalto, Roger Bollinger of Houston, TX and Gary Bollinger (Donna) of Cottage Hills. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
