He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Klotz and Norma Klotz (Cameron); his grandchild Abigale Klotz; and his siblings, Gary Klotz, Glen Klotz and Janice Scott.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Reitz; his children, Ann Kruckeberg (Craig) of Edwardsville, Julie Strasen (Richard) of Brighton and Brad Klotz (Kathy) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Bria Keffer (Chad), Marissa Dinnius (Casey), Carly Arnold (Andrew) and Cole Strasen; his siblings, Ronald Klotz (Linda) of Sorento, IL, Larry Klotz of Florida, Judy O'Neill of Florida and Glenda Tyszko of Florida; and his in-laws, Denise Klotz of New York, Scotty Scott of Tennessee and Mary Klotz of Marine. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and good friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home (727 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Rose Lawn Memory Gardens (10 Erwin Plegge Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010).
