Carter (Amy) of St. John, IN; his grandchildren, Brendan Hampton, Brittanie Riley (Brett), Ashlee Carter and Jordan Waltz; his great grandchild Braxton Riley; and his siblings, Tom Carter (Helen) of Bethalto, IL, Ruth Ann Campbell of East Alton, IL and Maribell Evans of East Alton, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
