He was predeceased by: his parents, Barend Petrus and Dina Johanna Susanna Horn (Van Brakel); his brother Michael Horn; and his brother-in-law Alistair Albers. He is survived by: his significant other Anna Jacobs of Edwardsville; his daughter Roxanne Jamie Horn of South Africa; his sister Martha Albers of South Africa; his grandchildren, Robyn and Slade of South Africa; and his niece Melody Olivier (David). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
