Hlavacek; his siblings, Bill (Gail), Jerry (Patti), John (Karen), Jim (Sue), Joe and Peggy Manning (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Allison, Michael, Kaia, Rachel, Abby Jo, Katie, Claire and Sean; and his great-nieces, Nora and Elizabeth.
