With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert H. Nelson of Berwyn, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Lester Nelson and Helen Mary Nelson (Vohasek); his wife Joanne M. Nelson (Schaaf); and his son Gregory Robert Nelson. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Nelson; his grandson Mark Nelson; his great grandchildren, Mila Ooton, Luka Ooton, Huxley Froese and Holland Froese; and also Jean Nelson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 8745 James A. Reed Road, Kansas City, MO 64138.
