He is survived by: his son Robert E. Banks, Jr. (Araceli Rodriguez); his granddaughter Naglaa'Banks; his close friend Francine Banks; his siblings, Ruby A. Banks of Lewes, Clara Banks of Detroit, Michigan, James C. Banks of Illinois, William F. Banks of Victorville and Winfred Lee Banks (Annette) of Joliet, Illinois.; his caregivers, Gloria and Maria; and also Antonia Banks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
