She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas P. Zeleny; her parents, Anthony DeLeo and Mary DeLeo; and her sisters, Marie Haskins and Kathryn DeLeo.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas D. Zeleny (Elizabeth), Gary G. Zeleny and Karen Zeleny; her grandchildren, Erin Koppen (Mark), Kristen Klein (Ryan) and Maggie Zeleny (Mark Jarosz); and her great grandchildren, Ella Klein, Remi Klein and Natalie Koppen.
