She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; and her son Gregory. She is survived by: her daughter Kyle; and her son-in-law Steve Scanlon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mount Auburn Funeral Home (4101 S Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gregory W. Slawko Memorial Scholarship at Illinois State University for theatre, dance and film students of the Wonsook College of Fine Arts.
