He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Hammond and Pearl Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Angie Hammond; his children, Mike Hammond (Darcy Kelly), Laura Simpson (Bob) and Scott Hammond (Lisa Dunning); and his grandchildren, Sam Simpson (Maria DiVietro), Andrew Hammond, Lily Simpson, Becky Hammond, Kyle Hammond, Charlotte Simpson, Ryan Hammond and Annabella Simpson.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in care of Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave. Sycamore, IL 60178, for the family to decide at a later time.
