She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jacobs and Margaret Jacobs (Walston); her husband Joe Johnson, Jr.; her son Charles "Chuckie" West; her grandson Mike; and her siblings, Warren T. Jacobs, Leroy Jacobs, Estall L. Jacobs, Loren "Dick" Jacobs, Essie Leola "Dode" Furnish, Wilma "Cindy" Jacobs, Geraldine Mary Crawford, Margaret Keith and Edna "Betty" Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Johnson of Berwyn, IL, Russell West, Theresa Smith (Daren) of Big Lake, MN and Joyce West; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Steven, Joseph, Megan, Jessie, Charlie, Andrew and Erica. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks are required along with social distancing.
