Joseph M. Pavel Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2024, at the age of 82, Joseph M. Pavel of Berwyn, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Joseph leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edna; his daughter Diane Higley (Scott); his brothers, Ronald (Judy) and Robert Pavel (Cindy); his nephew Christopher (Tracy); and his nieces, Leanne, Emily and Elaine (Frank).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (7750 W Cermak Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (200 N Catherine Ave, La Grange, IL 60525).
