He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Velazquez (Lisa), Denise Velazquez-Taylor, Cynthia Velazquez and Sandra Velazquez; his grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor, Donald Taylor, Salvatore N. Baldassano, Nikko Baldassano, Nicholas Baldassano, Jessica Zolfo (Michael) and Vanessa Abenante; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Sylvester, Jack Sylvester, Jamie Sylvester, Elena Sylvester, Maddie Zolo, Peyton Zolo, Carmella Zolfo and Alessandra Zolfo; his siblings, Lalo Velazquez (Kathy), Neomi Martinez (late Phil), Rita Rodriguez and Leticia Nunez (Polo); his sister-in-law Consuelo Vonachen (Richard); and his sons-in-law, Jim Abenante, Nick Baldassano and Don Taylor.
