He was predeceased by: his mother Luisa Severino Faundez (Severino); his wife Major Caroline Ardena Faundez; his father Juan Faundez; and his siblings, Enrique and Maria Aran.
He is survived by: his children, Major Daniel Faundez and Beverly Faundez; and his grandchildren, Adrian, Christian, Nayeli, Marcos, Jonathan, Joshua and Angela. He is also survived by his extended family including his sister, nephews and nieces.
