He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Sue" Mastalarz; his sons, John Mastalarz and Alex Mastalarz (Kristy); his grandchildren, Gillian, Payton and Jacob; and his brother Roger Mastalarz (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
