He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winkler and Anna Winkler (Zajac); his siblings, Andrew Winkler, Edward Winkler, Helen Jakobowski and Jean Meher; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Winkler, Dorithy Winkler, Walter Jakobowski, Frank Borrelli and Victor Meher.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Krzak; his children, Donna Crespo, Cheryl Reining (Tom), Michael Winkler (Jan Arend), Kathleen Asta and Joanne Lukaszek (Ken); his grandchildren, Melissa Ervin (Brandon), Amanda O'Brien (Scott), Nicole Rodriguez (Mike), Anthony Crespo, Sarah Asta, Samuel Asta, Kyle Zalewski (Casey) and Zachary Zalewski; his sister Elizabeth Borrelli; his stepgranddaughters, Christine Diehl and Jennifer Hill; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Dominic, Christian, Ava Grace, Maximillian (Max) and Deklen; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew, Haley, Dominic, Carolyn and Lexi.
